Personal Awareness
Upon listening to the Personal Awareness CD it's almost mind boggling and yet so deep. Just as you may think you know yourself and are honest with oneself this CD opens up a new area of exploring yourself. It causes you to really look deep and examine your actions and why certain emotions and behaviors are triggered. After listening to the CD I want to begin to consider my responses to people and situations and not to soley rely on past experiences.

I totally agree...after listening to this CD, I'm already starting to examine my actions a little more closely and becoming more aware of my emotional patterns as well as thought patterns and seeing how they connect. It really is deep like you said - it's like getting down to the root of the problem so that you can begin to recognize and manage your emotions no matter what situation you find yourself in.
I totally agree also..what an eye opening, mind opening expereice we are traveling on.
This journey is going to lead us right to being the Chief Executing Officer of our lives. Executing - we are calling to action things in our lives that will lead to Positive Results. We will have learned and have the tools to make decisions based on what WE VALUE not the values of our past, unless they are good (look deep into what is good) but need some adjusting because we're are now looking at a bigger picture and some of things that we learned from the past do not fit with where we are going - also some people will not fit where we are going also - called crossroads. You'll learn more about this on the Positive Relationship cd.
